What is it?
The CAPTION tag is an optional table element which displays a caption/title for the table either directly above or below the table. The CAPTION element is contained within the TABLE tag, but is used at the same level as the table row tag [TR] is.

The Align attribute specifies the alignment of the caption relative to the table. Internet Explorer also defines extra Align values for horizontal alignment within the Caption.

Left, Center and Right - extra Internet Explorer 2.0 values for horizontal alignment of data within the table caption.)
