Baiocco,
Following your
telephone conversation with Barbara Camanzi I would like to thank you for your
prompt response to our queries regarding the invoice charge.
On the technical
matter I have included in this mail the results from our inspection
of the four 'short' cooling bars (TD-1029-609). These are in excel
spreadsheet format. Could your technical staff please refer to these especially
the sections referring to the geometric tolerances (Parallelism, Flatness,
Squarness). The item numbers stated in the spreadsheets refer
to specific locations/dimensions on a drawing that I will fax to
you.
As we have expressed
there are some concerns over the non-conformance of these results and I will be
grateful if CECOM could address the matter for future cooling bars.
I will
await your response before proceeding any further on the acceptance of these
bars as we will have to be satisfied that this technical issue is
cleared.
