I agree to launch the contract for the collectors for the CMS ECAL Endcap.
The drawings for the 3 hole collectors are final.
The drawings for the 4 hole collectors+lids are likely to change.
The 4 hole collector sets should not be machined until further notice from me.

The team account for payment is T188500.
