attached you find the derogation request to TIS which includes in table
1.1 the radiation levels we have to deal with. 
Inside Dees: EE (TK side)
outside Dees: EE Patch panels
According to our GLIMOS, those numbers are what we have to aim for, not
the numbers from IS23!
