Hi Dave,

Here is the text file with thermistors and the corresponding coordinates.
There is a delay because I found errors and re-did it from the very beginning.

There are some remarks :
- I have used Tabs as column separator so it is ease to copy the file content to a table;
- Some SuperCrystals have not thermistors and there are n.a. marks to keep columns in order;
- Thermistor 12 corresponds to two SuperCrystals - SC12 and SC17;
- Thermistor 271 corresponds to two SuperCrystals - SC82 and SC264;
- VPT with coordinates (40,5,-1) was writhen as a part of SC0, but should be a part of SC624 
(a partial SuperCrystal without thermistor).
The last three notes are due to the errors I found in the primary datasheets while entering the 
data into computer files and it was impossible to check which records are correct 
(the EndCaps were already installed).
