I understand that it is planned to hold a meeting at CERN on 3 and 4 November.

 

 It was foreseen to hold this meeting at this date because we want to secure material orders and mounting interface between everybody asap and this date has emerged in the meeting.

We were not sure who from the UK side should attend. John and Brian are very busy, and I think Tony was planning to be at CERN for the electronics week which is the following week and so not for that week.

            I think we can adjust another date. My intention is

we meet together around the manutention arm in crystal palace, we adjust the mounting procedure together sharing responsibilities ( easy who?,when,with what?)

 Does the Saclay team have an idea of the agenda for that meeting and a view of who you would like to be there?

            I dont have any name I suppose claude can tell us that ?

Perhaps they could join by telephone? Sorry but we need to meet eyes in eyes.

 We will wait to hear from you before making any travel plans.

Please fill free to give me other dates.
