Information
The third annual meeting of the EUROnu consortium will be held at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory from Tuesday January 18th to Friday 21st January, 2011.Registration and Accommodation
There will be a registration fee of £30 per delegate to cover local expenses. Lunches are not included, but there is a reasonably priced restaurant on the RAL site right next to the R22 Pickavance Lecture Theatre, which is the venue for the plenary sessions.A EUROnu reception and dinner has been arranged in Oxford on the evening of 20th January. The reception will be in the Museum of the History of Science. This will be followed by dinner in Exeter College, the fourth oldest in the University. The cost is £60 per person.
Accommodation is available at Ridgeway House on the Rutherford site. You must book one of the rooms for yourself. Details on how to do this can be found here.
Please note that these reservations have now been dropped and delegates will have to arrange their own accommodation and any required transport. It is still worth trying Ridgeway House first!

Scientific Programme
The Scientific programme is still under development. The Indico page for it can be found here and a PDF version here.It would be very helpful if all speakers could upload their talks to Indico before their session starts!
Computing: details on how to access the RAL Visitors’ wireless network will be provided at the start
of the meeting. Please ensure that you bring any necessary plug adaptors etc for the UK.
